Responsibilities

• Understands contract terms, schedule of rates, preambles, and defined scope of work.
• Prepares quotations for additional jobs requested by the customer’s representative, including those communicated through the Project Manager.
• Prepares detailed work statements outlining the actual work completed for presentation to the customers.
• Understands the work specifications to raise the variation proposal/claims and able to negotiate the submitted variations independently with customer’s representatives.
• Compiles Work Completion Forms (WCF) received from Foremen, Engineers and Supervisors, and verifies actual work done against the Specifications.
• Prepares draft bills, invoices, and credit notes in accordance with contract payment terms.
