JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:  

• Create the project definition and maintain the work breakdown structure in SAP.
• Assign and maintain the project work breakdown structure for cost monitoring.
• Set the project budgeted manhours.
• Report on weekly basis manpower consumption and raise to the Project Management's attention any abnormality.
• Monitor the actual manhours against the budgeted manhours. Compare the consumed manhours against the progress.
• Review the prime cost and develop the project assigned budget.
• Report on weekly basis the cost incurred and raised to the Project Management's attention any abnormality.
• Monitor the actual and committed cost against the assigned budget. Compare the incurred cost against the progress.
• Update overall project costing projection.
• Review and assess vendor, supplier and/or subcontractor variation order requests.
