Commercial Officer Position

Concor Construction Pty Ltd invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Commercial Officer to join our projects across Southern Africa. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Commercial Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for vetting and approving the terms and conditions of any tenders/proposals submitted by the estimating department, and assessing project viability; coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and resolving contractual and commercial negotiations, claims, and disputes. Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates including disabled applicants.
