Commercial Operations Executive

Job Description Summary

The position is part of the commercial operations team in driving growth across the various business units by supporting commercial operations specifically focused on distributor engagement, supply chain and inventory planning, logistics & operations and management of data (trade & in-market sales, inventory, product expiry).

• Ensure standardized S&OP process across all BD businesses and distributors in scope.
• Coordinate importation & logistics execution with regional teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors / customers.
• Coordinate shipments and schedules with Regional Distribution Center and SEA Regional Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors / customers.
