Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing commercial performance, digital infrastructure, operational systems, stock governance, and process optimisation.
• Accountable for revenue monitoring, gross profit control, ERP system implementation and training, website development and performance management, inventory workflow restructuring, and the drafting of internal policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial & Revenue Oversight:
Monitor and reconcile daily revenue across in-store, website, and Takealot channels.
Conduct monthly sales reconciliations and performance analysis by channel and salesperson.

Digital & E-Commerce Management:
Lead website development, SEO strategy, Google Ads performance monitoring, and overall digital performance management.
