About the Role
We are hiring a Commercial Operations Specialist (Fintech) for Commercial Operations team. This role drives premium, high-touch support for HNW clients and IB partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive engagement, and long-term relationship growth.
You'll serve as a key bridge between clients and internal teams delivering personalization, retention, and partnership excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support HNW clients across onboarding, platform usage, and issue resolution
Collaborate closely with IB partners managing HNW clients by providing product insights, co-developing campaigns, and resolving operational issues
Coordinate the delivery of exclusive perks, gifts, and VIP experiences in partnership with Customer Success and Procurement teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM notes, pipeline records, and sales entries
Proactively engage inactive clients through follow-ups to reduce churn and improve retention
