Offshore Renewables division of a FTSE 100 energy business seeks a Commercial or Construction Solicitor to support the business on major offshore projects. Hybrid – at least one day a week in a regional office required.
An exciting opportunity to develop your legal skills in a high profile and rapidly evolving sector playing a critical role in supporting the transition towards net zero.
Responsibilities:
You will provide legal advice and support to various stakeholders

Providing high quality legal support on a variety of construction and commercial matters for the development of new off-shore projects and once operating. These may include FIDIC, NEC, Logic, O&M, design, supply and installation agreeements.

Gain a clear understanding of strategic priorities and assist in ensuring these are delivered.
