Together with Sanna Mutka, who leads our CPaaS Operations (communications platform as a service), the telecom side of LeadDesk’s contact center business, we are now looking for a Commercial Product Manager to join our team and help develop and commercialise our CPaaS offering across Europe.

This is a hands‑on role combining product management, operational improvement and commercial ownership. You will work closely with sales, finance, operations and technical teams to improve how our telecom and CPaaS services are packaged, priced and operationally managed.
