Production Manager - Agri Commercial Nursery

We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our nursery operations.

Your role:

• Manage production from lab to hardening-off and greenhouse.
• Drive plant health, quality, and efficiency with regards to Growing programs: IPM, Fertigation, Irrigation, etc.
• Lead a passionate team and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage staff, training, and daily operations.
• Coordinate inventory, logistics, and customer orders.
• Drive sales and build strong client relationships.
• Oversee sales and customer relationships with a growth mindset.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications
• Strong horticultural and nursery management experience.
• Hands-on leadership with commercial awareness.
• Passion for plants, people, and performance.
