Commercial Project Manager

**KEY ROLE:**

Structures and MEP Property & Buildings (P&B) engineering design require a permanent pre-contract and projects commercial manager to support and develop the business’s commercial acumen at and beyond the crucial bidding stage. Moving the business from pricing engineering activity to risk assessment and pricing through considering the whole opportunity including de-risking working capital costs, whether bidding to developers, architects or contractors including overseas clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Bid management and client engagement

Works with the Business Units various teams, regions and Group support functions to design, implement and manage high quality and accurate tender and proposal pricing forecasting, planning and budgeting processes that are integrated with other planning processes employed within the Group.
