About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Project Manager who is hands on and has a portfolio of completed jobs in Queensland. The role will be managing multiple million-dollar projects at the same time, while ensuring production schedules and costs are to budget, and contract variations are minimised.
Project examples may include but not limited to; shopping centre builds from scratch, refurbs, extensions, and fit outs.
Project locations are in Townsville and surrounding suburbs. Tasks and Responsibilities
