Commercial Property Analyst

We are seeking an aspiring, technically competent Commercial Property Analyst to assist our Industrial & Logistics property sales & leasing team. The role, based in Mascot, is to help analysing, marketing and negotiating the sale of industrial properties across the South and South-West Sydney markets. This key function will be actively involved in the campaign life cycle, researching the industrial market and providing market intelligence to support the compilation of submissions and production of information memorandums.

The scope of the role will include:

• Provision of financial / cash flow modelling and appraisals for industrial assets and compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches and information memorandums.
