Location: Johannesburg East Rand Industrial Broker / West Rand Industrial Broker / Rosebank / Illovo / Melrose / Hyde Park, South Africa

Reporting to: Branch Director

Role Overview

The Commercial Real Estate Broker is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing commercial property transactions across office and industrial sectors. The role operates within a highly competitive, open-mandate environment where multiple brokerages have access to the same stock. Success is driven by execution, client acquisition, deal-making ability, and consistent pipeline development rather than access to exclusive listings.

The broker is expected to operate at a high-performance level, taking ownership of both tenant and landlord relationships, while actively driving revenue through leasing and sales transactions.
