Abacus is partnering with a major law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with knowledge and expertise within the energy sector. The role offers a key leadership position in advising clients on property matters, particularly focusing on energy and infrastructure for clean energy and renewable projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the development and construction of major energy and infrastructure projects at local, national, and international levels, including onshore, offshore, EV, road, rail, airports, and more.


• Lead a team to draft and negotiate complex commercial property agreements such as acquisitions, disposals, leases, financings, and joint ventures.


• Support and manage the legal team, overseeing their work to ensure alignment with client demands.
