Our client, a large and well-established organization in Central San Diego, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial property management experience, advanced CAM reconciliation knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple buildings within a fast-paced, high-touch environment. This role requires exceptional communication, organization, and relationship management skills to support a diverse tenant base and internal stakeholders.
