Our client, a well-regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team based in Teignmouth.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial property


• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals


• Development work and site acquisitions


• Property finance and secured lending


• Acting for a range of clients including developers, investors and local businesses

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive


• Commercial property experience (all levels considered)


• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail


• Confident in managing your own caseload
