Our well‑established law firm client is seeking a Commercial Property solicitor to join their busy Swansea office. You will work on a mixed caseload for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant, commercial property transactions and development work.

You must be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ experience post qualification. You should be able to manage your own caseload as well as work as part of a team.
