Responsibilities

As a Commercial Property Valuer, you will:

• Conduct commercial property valuations using best practice methodologies and preparing professional valuation reports

• Develop professional relationships with existing and key clients including major banks, Government Business Enterprises and Departments, private investors and developers

• Analyse market data and property trends to ensure accurate valuation reports
