We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage and control project budgets on post contract work. This role focuses on post contract cost planning, ensuring subcontractor and material procurement are aligned with approved project budgets to protect project profitability and maintain cost discipline throughout the construction lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

• Perform post awarded quantity verification and cost analysis.
• Review tender breakdown, contract documents, drawings, and specifications to establish accurate working budgets.
• Develop trade-based cost allocations covering subcontract works, materials preliminaries, and allowances.
