Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Remote)

We are seeking a highly capable Commercial Real Estate Attorney to support an active investment and transaction team. This role exists to offload real legal work currently handled internally and is ideal for an attorney who understands how deals actually move—not just how they look on paper.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role covering commercial real estate transactions, corporate law, securities compliance, and legal operations .
