The company provides senior secured debt to experienced real estate operators where banks are not a fit, with a strong emphasis on capital preservation and disciplined underwriting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prescreen inbound commercial real estate loan requests for fit with Enact Partners' credit profile
• Analyze commercial property types including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, mixed use, and select special use assets
