Job Description

Our client, a law firm centrally located in Surrey, is seeking an energetic and motivated Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their legal team. This is an opportunity to join a busy team and expand your commercial real estate knowledge.

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Managing and organizing files
  • Conduct searches and due diligence
  • Draft and review legal documents
  • Coordinate with clients, legal professionals, and third parties
  • Prepare closing materials, handle trust transactions, and finalize reporting

    • The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Paralegal, ideally in Commercial Real Estate.
  • Advanced computer skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Paralegal certificate or degree from a recognized institution and/or relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
