• Prepare accurate estimates from drawings, specifications, and scopes of work (SOWs)
• Translate plans into clear, defensible pricing that leadership and clients can trust

Perform Precise Digital Takeoffs

• Complete digital takeoffs for roofing areas, perimeters, penetrations, and accessories
• Interpret architectural and roofing drawings correctly and consistently
