Join DCTUK , the flooring disruptors flipping the industry on its head for clients like Netflix, Starbucks, and the NHS. We are seeking an experienced, high-energy closer with at least 3 years of sales experience to join our London showroom team. This is a dynamic, hybrid-style role where you will drive results through proactive calling while serving as the professional face of the brand for customers visiting our showroom in person.
Beyond the phones, you will dedicate 20% of your time to social selling—using LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers and appearing in our YouTube and TikTok content to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry. We offer a starting salary of £30k–£35k (DOE) with uncapped bonuses that see our top performers taking home over £4k a month before tax , alongside fast-track progression into leadership or contract management.
