Job Overview

• Responsible for Row Crop corn Commercial field production.
• Responsible / Manages E2E Seed Production to Meet Target along with Regulators interaction and Seed Laws Compliance.
• Responsible for annual OPEX and CAPEX & Production Budgeting Forecasting.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & implementation of plans for current and scale up by 10X in one year with high level skill of industry data/trends.
• Operational Management: Responsible for E2E Production Field to Processing (multi stages) in professional with compliance and use of technology to ensure organizational vital objective.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with R&D/Sales/Marketing, Finance & Regulators.
• Team Leadership: Lead & educate Production/Processing team and growers on compliance.
• Budget Management: Develop budget & time to time FC, ensure cost-effectiveness with high quality standards...
