Commercial Ship Operator

A leading global shipping organisation is looking for an experienced Commercial Ship Operator to join its growing London team. What you'll do:

• Oversee day‑to‑day commercial operations for assigned vessels
• Coordinate closely with masters, brokers, agents, and internal teams
• Support chartering with operational data for upcoming fixtures
• Issue voyage orders and maintain accurate voyage/port records
• Ensure full charter party compliance and manage freight/hire processes
• Tackle operational challenges and escalate key issues when needed
