Job Description
**A Snapshot of Your Day**
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the budget to ensure costs are controlled and remain within the allocated limits.
Additionally, you'll coordinate and manage logistics for personnel and vendors to ensure smooth operations on site.
This includes compiling and submitting weekly reports detailing time entries for all personnel on site, reviewing and reconciling purchase orders to ensure accuracy, and closing them as necessary.
One of your main contributions will be to create cost estimates for various aspects of the project to aid in budgeting and financial planning, prepare financial reports to clear and reconcile project-associated costs, and handle the final cost reporting of the projects.
