JOB TITLE : Cost Control Senior Engineer

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The Cost Control Senior Manager will lead all cost management activities across the full project lifecycle of a premium high-rise residential development in Gurugram, India. The project includes 8 luxury apartment towers with a total built-up area of approximately 690,000 m². Reporting to the Control Manager, this role is responsible for establishing and managing the project cost control framework, monitoring actual costs versus budgets, preparing cost forecasts, and coordinating with procurement, contracts, planning, and construction teams to maintain financial alignment throughout the project duration.
