A well-established boutique safari lodge is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Stock Controller to manage inventory, ensure efficient stock control, and support smooth lodge operations.
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Hospitality is an advantage
• 2 Years of experience in stock or inventory management, preferably in a lodge, hotel, or hospitality environment
• Experience with stock control systems or inventory software
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Basic computer literacy
• Valid drivers license will be advantageous
