• Master’s degree or MBA and Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience

• Proven track record in business development, capture management, or professional services

• Strong project management, strategic thinking, persuasive writing, and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and commercial risk management

• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

• Spanish and English required.
