Job Description

Our client is a leader in energy. 
They are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Commercial Support (1 Year Contract).
Responsibilities
Processing with all day-to-day functional-specific operations.
Performing the administration of programs, projects, and processes specific to the organization unit served.
Supporting the Commercial Project Managers (and Project Managers) in day-to-day controlling activities.
Creating timely and accurately prepare supporting documents of the customer invoices.
Coordinating in following up on receivables and reporting of invoicing status.
Checking, monitoring, and updating actual man-hours and invoices (to customers / from suppliers). Checking supplier invoices and gathering for further booking Goods Receipts in SAP.
