Commercial Support Executive

Sales Support:

· Assist outside sales by receiving and handling enquiries from prospect and customers.

· Telemarketing, to reach out and probing prospective customers.

· Assist the outside sales by setting up appointments for customers' visits.

· Manage the relationship of existing key accounts by proactively anticipating their needs.

· Communicate and negotiate with the local pricing desk, procurement or middle office, if needed, to secure competitive rates.

· Establish SOPs as per customer's needs

· Advise customer on transport (operations, contingencies, insurances, customs, routing…)

· Ensure SOPs are transferred upon strict validation by Commercial and Operations.

· Ensure quotations and SOPs are updated and filed completely in sales designated folder

· Prepare and report in view of MBR (Monthly Business Review) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) in absence of relevant account handlers.
