Commercial Sustainability Analyst

Short Summary This Role :

The Commercial Sustainability team's main focus is on ensuring long-term commercial viability and ecosystem health. They focus on strategic planning to maintain a healthy marketplace or monetization ecosystem, often work on policy design, guardrails, and incentives that drive sustainable growth for creators, sellers, or partners, balances short-term revenue goals with long-term ecosystem health.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support projects that focus on end-to-end seller growth and optimization of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics, including execution and troubleshooting
• Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualization, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions
• Monitor new initiatives in the market, with a focus on identifying key areas of improvement
