Who you are

As Commercial SFM & Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for commercial execution in the Bistro and Swedish Food Market in IKEA Spreitenbach, ensure IKEA Retail Food in the commercial calendar, develop commercial initiatives and food competence in the store. You will lead and coach the Bistro and Swedish Food market team in optimising and developing the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints.
