The role is designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for future commercial and finance roles within the organization.
To achieve this, the trainee will gain hands-on experience across three core areas: foundational financial analysis and reporting, commercial and project support, and data management.
This rotational exposure is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the commercial operations within a manufacturing and project-driven environment.
