As a Commercial Trainee at Unilever, you will join a rotational development program designed to build a solid foundation across the company’s commercial functions, including Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Key Account Management . Through hands-on experience, you will gain a holistic understanding of how brand strategy, market execution, and customer engagement come together to drive sustainable business growth in the FMCG environment.
