Job Overview

The Commercialization Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of commercialization initiatives by ensuring operational readiness, supply alignment, and cross-functional coordination for product launches and business initiatives. The role ensures projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization initiatives from planning to market deployment
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure launch readiness
• Manage timelines, production schedules, material availability, and launch risks
• Oversee production trials, commercial runs, and deployment execution
• Support demand planning, forecasting validation, and annual business planning activities
