The Construction Estimator must possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal. The role will include hunting for new business as well as maintaining current clients relationships. Follow up and attention to detail is must for success. Expected to work well in a team setting while maintaining consistent open communication when completing duties independently. Minimum of 5 years of Construction Estimating and Sales is preferred. Current of previous Estimating experience is a MUST.
