About the role

Crowd 99 Cafe' is seeking experienced Commis 1 and 2 chefs to join our talented culinary team in Sandakan, Sabah. As a Commis 1 or 2, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking delicious dishes for our cafe guests, contributing to the overall success of our growing hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting the Head Chef and Senior Chefs in the preparation and cooking of a variety of cafe and restaurant dishes
2. Ensuring all ingredients are fresh, high-quality and properly stored
3. Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
4. Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with the front-of-house team
5. Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills and techniques
6. Contributing to the development and enhancement of the cafe's menu and recipes
