• Commis Cook (Chinese Cuisine)
• Keeps kitchen area clean and organized.
• Ensures all supplies are arranged properly in designated storage areas.
• Prepares all mise-en-place according to established checklists and daily instructions.
• Assists chefs in roasting, grilling, blanching, etc., of vegetables, potatoes, meat, poultry, fish, and seafood.
• Brings food requisitions and acts as runner when required.
• Helps to prepare orders during service according to established standards.
• Must have basic knowledge and experience in Chinese cooking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
