The role involves supporting the kitchen team, promptly informing superiors of concerns, fostering a cooperative work environment, and upholding a professional image of Crimson Resort & Spa to guests and the public. Flexibility is essential, as the Commis 1 may also take on other tasks assigned by superiors or management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
