Commis 2 Chef

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Commis II Chef to join our one of hospitality client in Al Ain UAE. The ideal candidate will assist senior chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards. The Commis II will be responsible for handling more advanced food preparation tasks supporting section chefs and ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.

• Assist section chefs and senior cooks in preparing and cooking food items.
• Handle more advanced food preparation tasks compared to Commis III.
• Prepare sauces, garnishes, and mise en place as required.
• Cook basic dishes under supervision following recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper portion control, presentation, and consistency of dishes.
