Job
Brief:

The employee is fully
committed to the outlet’s kitchen or assigned section and is
responsible for coordinating and carrying out daily cooking
operations. This includes the preparation of all hot and cold food
items, as well as any related duties within the assigned
section.

As part of the Food
Preparation Department, the employee may be assigned to any area or
section deemed suitable and necessary by management to support
operational
requirements.

Job
Responsibilities:

1. Complete
   daily duties and communicate all relevant information related to
   the day’s operations.
2. Greet all guests,
   colleagues, and visitors of SCAPES Hotel with a smile at all times,
   whether at the front or back of the
   house.
3. Maintain a high standard of personal
   hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance at all
