Requirements

• Has a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Has knowledge in HACCP
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.

• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
