Commis Chef - Casual

We're seeking Casual Commis Chefs to join our banqueting team, you’ll bring your passion for food, dedication to flavour, and commitment to excellence to our busy kitchen and banqueting operations. You’ll help prepare high-quality dishes for events, a la carte service, and buffet offerings, while maintaining impeccable standards in hygiene, presentation, and efficiency.

**Your Day to Day:**

+ Assist in the preparation and production of dishes across banquets, a la carte, and buffet services.
+ Take ownership of your workstation – manage supplies, equipment, and minimise waste, exceeding HACCP and hygiene standards.
+ Support high-volume banqueting events of up to 500 guests, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
+ Work efficiently under pressure, contributing to smooth kitchen operations alongside the Chef de Partie and Chef de Cuisine
