Commis Chef

Mc Swiggans Restaurant & Cafe Bar 3 Eyre Street, Wood Quay, Galway is currently recruiting for a Commis Chef.

The successful candidate will be help with mise en place and service in our restaurants kitchen.



2 years chef experience is needed for this position.



The candidate should be passionate about food, have strong communication skills, willingness to learn and develop own skills.



Duties will involve:

• Cooking food to order.

• Working on different sections of the kitchen.

• Helping the Head and Sous chefs during service.

• Helping with kitchen health & hygiene.



This position is a full time permanent position. 39 hours per week. Euro 30,000 per annum salary.
