About the opportunity

Joining our Head Chef Johnny,  this unique and highly sought-after opportunity as an experienced Commis Chef will see you work in a fast paced kitchen in a premier venue. This role will see you supporting the kitchen by ensuring all food is prepared, well presented, and fresh for each meal order. You will monitor and maintain food handling and kitchen hygiene standards, while assisting with other duties as determined by the Head Chef.
