As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen operations and contributing to the creation of delectable dishes that delight our guests. What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Head Chef and Senior Chefs in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of a variety of dishes
• Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Prepping, portioning, and organising ingredients to support the production of menu items
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests
