Commis Chef

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will support the chef in food preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene and assisting in the delivery of consistently high-quality dishes. Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the supervision of the chef de Partie

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.

• Prepare daily Mis- en–Place required for food preparation.

• Assist in the receiving and proper storage of food items.

• Ensure all food items are prepared and presented to organizational standards.

• Follow health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures.
