COMMIS CHEF VACANCY:

We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and professional Commis Chef to join our culinary team at the Capital Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and service of food under the guidance and supervision of Senior Chefs. The primary focus of this role is food production while maintaining high culinary standards, hygiene, and efficiency within the kitchen.

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric Certificate


• Culinary Arts Qualification


• Minimum of 1 year practical kitchen experience


• Hands-on problem-solving approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
